Medical Provider (NP/PA/MD) – Interventional Psychiatry & Wellness

About the Role

Are you a licensed medical provider passionate about the future of mental health? We are a new, cutting-edge mental health and medical practice looking for a founding team member to help us redefine patient care.

Unlike traditional "med-management" roles, this position is hands-on and heart-forward. You will work at the intersection of traditional medicine and innovative mental health treatments, providing life-changing care in a supportive, modern environment.

What You’ll Do

• Clinical Innovation: Provide medical evaluations and oversight for patients seeking advanced mental health treatments.
• IV Administration: Safely establish and monitor IV infusions (e.g., Ketamine, hydration, or vitamin therapy) in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Patient Advocacy: Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, focusing on the "whole person" rather than just a diagnosis.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with our clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience.
• Practice Growth: As a member of a new practice, you’ll have a seat at the table to help refine our SOPs and clinical workflows.

Requirements

• Credentials: Active and unrestricted Medical License (NP, PA, MD, or DO) in WA state.
• DEA License: Active DEA registration (Schedules II-V) required.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency in IV placement and infusion monitoring is essential.
• Passion for Mental Health: A genuine interest in psychiatric care, wellness, and alternative therapies.
• Adaptability: The "startup" mindset—you are organized, proactive, and excited to build something from the ground up.
