*Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner candidates that have an active, unrestricted Family Or Adult Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee And have an active RN Compact license.

Location: Virtual - This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

Work Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST or CST) And rotating on-call.

The Advance Practice Provider, Nurse Practitioner is responsible for collaborating with company physicians, the patient’s other physicians and providers, and their family members to develop complex plans of care in accordance with the patient’s health status and overall goals and values. Provides clinical and non-clinical support to patients.
