Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients with various mental health conditions.

Prescribe and monitor medications for patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

Provide ongoing care and support for patients, including medication management and therapy referrals.

Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.

Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health.

Demonstrate a high level of compassion and empathy in all interactions with patients and their families.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice in the delivery of patient care.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
