Join a hospital, located in beautiful Northeast Oregon, who is looking to add a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to their Behavioral Health Clinic.
•Team consists of 1 fulltime physician and wonderful team of 6 LCSW’s who serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
•Work for an independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital as well as 19 primary and specialty clinics
•Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
•Four 10-hour days per week
•Average 14-17 patients per day
•Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
•Lab on site
•30+ exam rooms
•1:16 call; phone call only
•Fulltime, permanent
•Epic EMR
•Very competitive total compensation opportunity with RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold, Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually, and Commencement bonus of $15,000,
