Job Details

•Full-time position, Monday-Friday, exact schedule to be discussed with the client

•Seeing patients at multiple SNF facilities around the local area

•seeing between 15-20 patients per day

•Responsibilities include diagnosis, follow up visits, developing and implementing treatment plans, and more amongst the Geriatric population for patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, etc.

•Please have 1 year of experience seeing Psych patients as a PA, new graduate PMHNP's with strong Psych RN experience are welcome to apply
