Compensation for this position typically ranges from $109,500 to $164,000. The total cash compensation includes base salary and bonus potential shaped by various factors including local market conditions, education, work experience, and may grow over time based on productivity and performance. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to salary, we offer a range of benefits including a comprehensive package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and a 401k contribution.
