Perm: PMHNP Position 1 Hour from Seattle, WA

About the Role

We’re seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a hospital-based outpatient practice located about an hour from Seattle, Washington. This permanent opportunity offers a balanced schedule, no call requirements, and the chance to work with a diverse patient population in a supportive clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities: - Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment

- Manage medication and treatment plans for children and/or adult patients

- Practice independently with appropriate physician supervision

- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team as needed

Qualifications: - Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

- Experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred

- Comfortable practicing independently

- Eligible for licensure in Washington

Working Hours: Schedule:

- Four 10-hour shifts per week

Call:

- No call

Patient Volume:

- 10–12 patients per day
