Job Overview
Mending Mental Health is a collective of private practice providers who love their independence but also thrive in an efficient, professional environment. Continued support and referrals from our community have created the need to add another psychiatric provider to our group.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PMHNP, MD, or DO who either wants to bring an existing caseload into a well-run environment or build their own panel over time with steady referrals. Our structure allows each provider to maintain ownership of their caseload while we handle much of the administrative support that makes day-to-day practice sustainable and efficient.
Our niche includes thorough, supportive ADHD treatment, along with a variety of psychiatric and sleep needs. We are looking for a provider who enjoys working with this population and is open to learning and integrating newer treatment approaches over time.

Responsibilities and Expectations
This role is best suited for someone who understands what it means to have a private practice. It requires ownership, consistency, and a genuine investment in the long-term relationships you build with patients.
Private practice can be demanding, but it is also incredibly rewarding when done well. Our collective is designed for clinicians that are top tier. Schedule
You get to build your own schedule. If not bringing over a caseload, we like to have a provider add 1 day/week at a time. This way you become confident in our system without stagnation or gaps, and get a feel for the compensation model (which you’ll love). If you have a private practice right now that isn’t exactly your dream, this is also an opportunity to bring patients into a fully supportive environment so you can have that freedom that you dreamed of when building your own practice.
Compensation Structure
Compensation is based on actual collections rather than projected estimates, allowing providers to earn more than typical split models. Providers receive clear reporting each pay-period for full transparency. Our split is 65/35, which for you would equal about $170-300/hour take-home, depending on how you schedule, bill, and the payer. It can be more than this, but not typically less.
Mending MH is a proud owner of low A/R, with an internal structure of closed, paid claims within 60 days of 99.3%! Before starting, we do need to get approval from credentialing, which takes about 30-60 days, depending on your current insurance panel.
