Compensation and Benefits:
•Earning potential: $115,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)

Key Responsibilities
•Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
•Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility
•Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services
•Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
•Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
•Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings
Qualifications:
•Licensed Family, Geriatric, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
•Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.
•Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.
•Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
•Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
