Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric CRNP to join our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and collaborative care across our PHP & IOP programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with a range of psychiatric disorders in structured therapeutic settings.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.

•Develop and implement individualized medication management plans.

•Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

•Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and other clinical staff.

•Provide education to patients and families regarding psychiatric medications and treatment.

•Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

•Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

•Support crisis intervention and management as needed within PHP/IOP programs.

Qualifications:

•Current and unrestricted CRNP license with certification in psychiatry.

•Prescriptive authority and DEA registration.

•Experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in PHP/IOP/OP settings.

•Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

•Knowledge of evidence-based psychiatric treatments and medication protocols.

•Ability to work effectively with diverse populations across the lifespan.

Preferred:

•Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

•Familiarity with community resources and care coordination.
