Overview
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric services for St. John’s University students. The PMHNP will be part of a dynamic team that includes psychologists, social workers, and LMHCs. The PMHNP provides a full range of psychiatric services to student patients of the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) within the Division of Student Affairs. This includes psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and referral when indicated; as well as consultation and training to the professional staff of CAPS.

Minimum Requirements
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual salary range for this position is $126,800-$144,250. St. John’s University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
