We are seeking a passionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

•Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

•Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.

Qualifications:

•Current PMHNP license in Illinois.

•Master's or doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited program.

•Board certification as a PMHNP.

•Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Strong clinical skills in patient care, particularly in managing complex mental health conditions.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families
