Top Tier Psychiatry is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing, insurance-based psychiatry practice. This is a W-2 employee position with 95% remote work and minimal in-person requirements as needed.
We welcome new graduates, recent graduates, and experienced PMHNPs. Supervision and compensation are structured based on experience level.
The typical start date is 3–4 months post-hire to allow time for insurance credentialing.
Patient Population
Our patient population is primarily adults, though clinicians may also treat children or adolescents depending on training, licensure, and interest. We work collaboratively with you to build a caseload aligned with your clinical strengths and preferences.
