This role is well-suited for PMHNPs, as well as FNPs and AGNPs with a strong interest or background in psychiatry who are seeking to deepen their expertise in psychopharmacology within a structured, supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits
•Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $145,000 annually (commensurate with experience and licensure)
•$5,000 Signing Bonus
•Performance Bonuses: Up to $40,000 annually
•Educational Incentives: Up to $1,500
