We are seeking a senior-level PMHNP or Physician Assistant who brings advanced clinical judgment, emotional intelligence, and a desire to help shape an expanding center of excellence.
This role is designed for a clinician ready to step into meaningful influence and long-term leadership.
The Role
You will serve as a primary clinical decision-maker within our structured Spravato® program and broader psychiatric services, working closely with our Medical Director to uphold and refine clinical standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Advanced psychiatric evaluations (in-person and telehealth)
•Treatment planning for complex, treatment-resistant cases
•REMS-compliant oversight and monitoring of Spravato® treatments
•High-level medication management
