Position OverviewLotus Psychotherapy and The Refuge are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing clinical team.
We are a locally owned, CARF-accredited outpatient practice committed to providing accessible, high-quality, and integrated mental health care. Our model blends traditional therapy, medication management, trauma-informed approaches, and intensive outpatient programming to meet clients where they are and evolve care as their needs shift.
We are looking for a PMHNP who is confident prescribing for adults presenting with a range of mental health and substance use concerns, and who values collaborative, relationship-centered care.
Key Responsibilities• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments
Duties & Expectations• Provide a minimum of 20 hours per week of medication management and/or participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team
