At the Health Center you will have the opportunity to provide psychiatric services necessary for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
The Nurse Practitioner performs direct psychiatric care in the medical office setting, obtains medical histories and performs medical evaluations on clinic patients.
Treats psychiatric problems, maintains records, prescribes, and manages medication, and provides health education.
You will work with an integrated Behavioral Healthcare team; you will be involved in strategic planning and quality improvement.
