Provide comprehensive and holistic care for patients with mental health needs through an integrated approach.

Administer and monitor psychiatric medications and make adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists and physicians, to deliver coordinated care for patients.

Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

Serve as a resource for colleagues and team members on best practices for integrated behavioral health.

Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Advocate for patients' needs and work to reduce stigma surrounding mental health.

Continuously monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Provide education and support to patients on self-care techniques and coping strategies.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care.
