Renloft Health is an emerging mental health clinic in the Greater Nashville area dedicated to advancing care for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). We deliver evidence-based therapies—including Spravato® (esketamine), personalized medication management, and emerging interventions—within a patient-centered, premium care environment.

As we prepare to launch our first clinic in late 2025, we are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to serve as the day-to-day clinical operator. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape patient care in a mission-driven, innovative practice.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will lead patient care delivery at Renloft Health, including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, and the safe administration of Spravato® under REMS protocol. This role will practice under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician, in accordance with Tennessee law.
