We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an inpatient psychiatry locums assignment at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is a weekday, inpatient role supporting an adult psychiatry unit with physician coverage on site.
This opportunity offers predictable hours, no call, and the chance to work within a structured inpatient environment, with the potential for extension.
•Collaborating with psychiatry physicians and social work
•Average census up to ~20 patients at any given time
•One MD on shift in the department
•EMR: TBD
Schedule:
•Monday–Friday
•8:30am–5:00pm
•Start date: 2/23/2026 (tentitive)
•Initial duration: through 4/1/2026 (extension possible)
Requirements:
•PMHNP certification
•Board certified through ANCC or AANP
•Active Massachusetts license
•Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred

•Credentialing timeframe approximately 30–60 days

•No weekends
