•$75,722.40 - $126,547.20 annually DOE.
Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,500 + $2,000 toward first month’s rent
About the Role:
Center for Human Development, Inc. is seeking a part-time (30 hours a week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide direct treatment services to clients with mental health disturbances which includes providing individual therapy, prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications, substance use disorder treatment, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.

About Center for Human Development
Center for Human Development is hiring for this PMHNP position. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners play a critical role in addressing the growing demand for mental health services across the United States. This employer is actively seeking qualified candidates to join their team.
Provides counseling and teaching of basic health care practices.
•Prescribe medication and monitor effects.
•Develops individual treatment plans which may include individual therapy, and prescribing and monitoring medications including Sublocade.
•Occasionally providing services, prescribing and monitoring medications, including Medications for Opiod Use Disorder, to individuals in local correctional facility.
•Act as Medical Director for Substance Use Disorder department.
•Act as signer for the ordering of naloxone supplies.
•Develops individual goals and implements methods to attain those goals.
•Evaluates client progress.
•Participates in inter- and intra-agency conferences with staff members involved with the individual’s case.
•Maintains individual case/medical records with session notes and other pertinent information.
•Consults with crisis team on medication related needs and issues.
•Participates in pre-commitment investigations and court commitment of mentally ill persons.
•Initiates and/or coordinates follow-up care.
•Order, interpret and monitor laboratory studies for clients.
Qualifications:
Required:
•One year of professional medical experience.
•Current Licensed by the State of Oregon as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges.
•Hold current State of Oregon DEA.
•Must possess a valid Oregon Driver’s license and be insurable for client service purposes, travel between business offices, and to attend required meeting and/or trainings.
•Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 407-007-0200-407-007-0370 and drug screening.

•Certified as a CADC I.
•Valid driver's license; able to pass background check and drug screening.
