Shifts: Monday to Fridays (Days)

Facility: Outpatient

•Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs.

•Formulate accurate diagnoses based on assessment findings.

•Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

•Medication Management:

•Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.

•Adjust medication regimens based on patient response and ongoing evaluation.

•Educate patients on medication management and potential side effects.

•Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatry.

•Current state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

•Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

•Proven experience in conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

•Strong leadership and organizational skills.
