Family Psychiatry Practice & Associates is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Psychiatric PA-C, or PMHNP) to join our established, collaborative psychiatric clinic. We are a locally owned, clinician-led practice serving children, adolescents, and adults, and we are intentional about creating a workplace where providers feel supported, respected, and able to do their best clinical work!

•Out-of-network model that allows for thoughtful, high-quality care without insurance-driven constraints

•Supportive and experienced front desk team that manages scheduling, communication, and logistics so providers can focus on clinical care

•Strong collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other APPs internally, as well as within the community

•Multiple in-clinic resources, including administrative, clinical, and operational support. In house LCMHC and PhD to make internal referrals seamless

•Clinician-led decision making and open communication across the team. Supportive and caring Medical Director Dr. Duke-Sui who provides supervision in house

•Weekly provider team meetings to discuss mutual patients, difficult clinical cases, and collaboration with in house Registered Nurse and Medical Coordinators

Role Overview:

The PA-C or PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing care for patients across the lifespan (population can be tailored based on experience and interest). Providers have autonomy over patient panel and are encouraged to pursue fields of interest to tailor their care to the provider's experience and expertise.

Responsibilities include:

•Conducting psychiatric assessments and follow-up visits

•Developing and managing individualized treatment plans

•Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and the interdisciplinary team

•Maintaining timely, high-quality documentation

•Participating in team discussions and care coordination as needed

Who We’re Looking For:

•Is a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

•Values teamwork, communication, and ethical, patient-centered care

•Appreciates a supportive environment with shared responsibility

•Is comfortable working within an out-of-network/private pay model (or open to learning)
