Ideal candidates may have experience in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU, trauma, post-acute care, or other high-acuity settings. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, following best practices for privacy, documentation, and quality care standards.
If you are passionate about combining evidence-based psychiatry with innovative treatment options and thoughtful medical care, this position offers a meaningful, long-term home for your skills.
Who We Are
Northwest Healing & Wellness is a family-owned, nurse practitioner–led clinic dedicated to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care for mental health and whole-person wellness. We were built on core values of compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence, and we focus on meeting patients where they are with care that is personalized, ethical, and clinically sound.
Our clinic offers a broad range of services designed to support both mental and physical well-being, including IV ketamine therapy, Spravato (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, medication management and deprescribing, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), vitamin infusions, and additional wellness-focused services. These treatments are often combined in a coordinated, individualized care plan to support long-term stability and improved quality of life.
Advanced therapies such as ketamine and esketamine have been widely studied and shown to provide rapid and meaningful symptom relief for many individuals living with conditions like depression, PTSD, anxiety, and chronic pain, particularly when traditional approaches have not been enough.
As Thomas Insel, former Director of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), has noted: “Ketamine, given intravenously, might be the most important breakthrough in antidepressant treatment in decades.”
We are strong advocates for the ARNP profession and fully support full practice authority. Our clinicians are encouraged to practice at the highest level of their license, collaborate across disciplines, and bring both clinical expertise and human connection into every patient interaction.
At Northwest Healing & Wellness, our mission is simple: provide safe, innovative, and compassionate care that helps people feel better, function better, and live fuller lives.
The ARNP Role
As a member of the Northwest Healing & Wellness team, your commitment to excellent care, relationship building, and compassion will be matched by our commitment to your professional growth. We are seeking a confident, service-minded clinician who leads with warmth and clarity, can support and supervise RNs and LPNs, and helps create an environment where patients feel safe, respected, and truly cared for.
This role is both clinical and leadership-focused. You will work closely with our executive and clinical leadership on program development, strategic planning, continuous quality improvement, and high standards of patient care. We are a growth-oriented organization and offer meaningful opportunities for development, advancement, and long-term career satisfaction.
The ARNP is central to the success of our clinic. You will practice with a high level of autonomy within established protocols and guidelines, in collaboration with the Clinical Director and Operations leadership. While providing IV treatments and supervising nursing staff are important components of the position, the heart of this role is building strong 1:1 relationships with patients and supporting them through a customized wellness journey.
