We are seeking a full-time experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our mental health treatment center in Washington, DC. Responsibilities* Provide mental health treatment to inpatient adult patients* Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly* Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and support staff for comprehensive care delivery* Employ evidence-based practices to ensure quality care

Qualifications* Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health
* 3-5 year of experience as a PMHNP
* Active and valid license to practice in Washington, DC* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
