Open Positions (Dallas, TX)
1. Program Director / Clinical Supervisor
Full-time | $85,000–$95,000/year
Provide clinical oversight, supervise staff, and ensure quality assurance aligned with federal standards.
2. Psychiatrist / Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Part-time | $100–$200/hour
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management; collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
3. Sex Offender Treatment Specialist
Part-time | $50,000–$65,000/year
Deliver specialized, evidence-based treatment for individuals with sexual offense histories under reentry supervision.
4. Substance Use Disorder Counselors (SUD)
Full-time or Part-time | $65,000–$75,000/year
Provide SUD treatment using evidence-based practices; support client recovery through individualized care.
5. Mental Health Clinicians
Full-time or Part-time | $70,000–$80,000/year
Facilitate individual and group therapy for justice-involved clients navigating reentry and mental health recovery.
