About the Role
Are you a licensed medical provider passionate about the future of mental health? We are a new, cutting-edge mental health and medical practice looking for a founding team member to help us redefine patient care.
Unlike traditional "med-management" roles, this position is hands-on and heart-forward. You will work at the intersection of traditional medicine and innovative mental health treatments, providing life-changing care in a supportive, modern environment.
What You’ll Do
•Clinical Innovation: Provide medical evaluations and oversight for patients seeking advanced mental health treatments.
•IV Administration: Safely establish and monitor IV infusions (e.g., Ketamine, hydration, or vitamin therapy) in accordance with clinic protocols.
•Patient Advocacy: Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, focusing on the "whole person" rather than just a diagnosis.
•Collaborative Care: Work closely with our clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless, high-touch patient experience.
•Practice Growth: As a member of a new practice, you’ll have a seat at the table to help refine our SOPs and clinical workflows.
Requirements
•Credentials: Active and unrestricted Medical License (NP, PA, MD, or DO) in WA state.
