About the position
TidalHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team on a per-diem basis. This flexible role supports our commitment to expanding access to mental health care across the Eastern Shore - giving patients timely, high-quality care conveniently through primarily telehealth visits, with occasional on-site coverage as needed.

Schedule: Per-diem; day shift, Monday - Friday
Hiring range: \$57.00 - \$74.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
