Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
Provide evidence-based, measurement-informed care and complete treatment plans every 90 days
Complete clinical documentation and deliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon
RN license in Oregon and in the state of residence
ANCC PMHNP board certification
Valid DEA and state PMP registration
Master's or doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health nursing
