Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.

Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to patients.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health.

Current PMHNP certification and California state licensure.

Experience in psychiatric care and mental health services preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
