A growing Community Health Center in Hartford, CT is seeking a PMHNP to join their outpatient Behavioral Health team! New grads will be considered. The schedule is M-F 8:30-5:30p. On-call schedule is on a weekly rotating basis (every provider in the department takes one week at a time) – comes out to about quarterly per provider. You will see around 8-14 patients per day with 15 and 30 min med management appointments and 1 hour Intake evaluations. Candidates should be comfortable seeing adolescents and ages 18yrs and older.
