What You'll Do

As a PMHNP with Vital Healthcare Solutions, you will:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical staff Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a telehealth setting Required Qualifications Must currently reside in Pennsylvania Must be currently licensed as a PMHNP in the state of Pennsylvania Active PA CRNP license in good standing Minimum of one (1) year of experience practicing as a PMHNP Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment Access to a private, secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace Preferred (Not Required) Experience providing psychiatric services in a correctional or prison environment Schedule & Flexibility Full-time position Option to work 32 hours per week if preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Malpractice insurance coverage
