* Serve as a clinical resource to all departments
* Value, understand and ensure each of the clinical departments of FPCSN (clinical care, operations, staffing model, budget/fiscal, etc.) provides high quality, trauma-informed, antiracist, evidenced-based care
* Increase integration among clinical disciplines in collaboration with all Clinical Directors Represent the clinical voice of all disciplines in decision making (grants, programs, operations, staffing, budget/fiscal, etc.)
* In partnership with all Clinical Departments, promote and advocate for clinicians, clinical staff, and clinical practice internally to support healthcare professionals. Represent/advocate for FPCSN clinical professions to external partners or governing bodies to advance and influence clinical practice at the local, regional, and state levels.
* Clinically practices at least 1 day/week
* Assumes responsibility for other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Current Pennsylvania Physician or Nurse Practitioner license
* At least 5 years of practicing as a licensed Physician or Nurse Practitioner
* At least 5 years of leadership experience working with an integrated healthcare facility with multiple clinical disciplines, specifically Dental, Primary Care, Behavioral Health
* At least five years’ experience in healthcare management
* Experience with pediatrics, adults and managing chronic conditions is a must
* Experience working in Behavioral Health is highly preferred
* Leadership and management skills necessary to work effectively within a system, influence results, motivate individuals and teams, and resolve problems in a diplomatic, professional manner.
* Excellent relationship, oral and written communication, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate factual and advisory information to all levels of staff, executives, the boards of directors, and others, and garner related support.
* Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. A personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of FPCSN.
