Pay: Negotiable, based on experience, panels, and independence

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time (2–5 days/week) | W2 or 1099

Overview

Mathers Clinic & Mathers Recovery are seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team in Crystal Lake (mental health clinic & REMS-certified SPRAVATO treatment center) and Elgin (CARF-accredited OTP). This is an established position replacing a departing NP. SPRAVATO experience is a plus, but not required.

If your background is primarily general outpatient mental health and you prefer not to see dual-diagnosis/OTP patients, that is acceptable — we can structure the role accordingly.
