Psychiatric office in Waterford Lakes looking for an experienced board certified Nurse Practitioner. Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms, creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones, detecting changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans, as needed, must be able to document and navigate EHR and electronic prescribing. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of medical records, including assessment, treatment plan, progress notes. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and peers. Must be a Team player. Treating patients ages 6+. Candidate must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
