Minimum: Master of Science in Nursing, ARNP certification as a Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with DEA license.
1. Florida license and Medicaid provider.
2-Experience in an outpatient community setting working intensively with patients with serious mental illness and substance abuse;
3. Multidisciplinary team experience.

Special Requirements
