Conscientia Health, a rapidly growing leader in integrated mental healthcare, is expanding our innovative team and seeking 2–3 highly motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) for contract-to-hire positions (90-day contract leading to full-time employment). We are prioritizing candidates ready for an immediate start with no delays in onboarding.

Position Details & Schedules
•Contract-to-hire - minimum 16 hours/week: Choose the structure that fits your life:
•3 × 12-hour shifts + 1 × 4-hour shift (total ~40 hours/week), OR
•4 × 10-hour shifts.
•Part-time options also available (rates discussed in interview).
•Hours of operation: Sunday–Saturday, 7 AM–10 PM — wide flexibility in shift selection.
•New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — excellent mentorship and onboarding provided.
Requirements
•Active PMHNP (APRN) license and DEA license required.
•Must hold current licensure in New Jersey (required ), Additional licenses is a plus. Pennsylvania, Florida, New York or other states are a significant plus.
•Willingness to obtain additional state licenses preferred (we support and reimburse multi-state credentialing where applicable).
•Immediate credentialing readiness — all licenses, documentation, and background must allow for immediate start (target start date: March 3, 2026).
•Must reside in New Jersey (due to initial ONE DAY/WEEK on-site requirement).
•Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and quick adaptability to AI-enhanced platforms.
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time after Contract)
