As we continue to grow our team and expand our services, we are looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who can join our clinical team and help us continuing providing excellent mental health care for our clients.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health support to clients referred by our clinical team or through direct intake. The provider will work independently while collaborating closely with therapists and other providers to ensure holistic, integrated care.

Responsibilities

•Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs.

•Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

•Administer psychopharmacological treatments and monitor patient responses to medications.

•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

•Provide education and support to patients and families regarding mental health conditions.

•Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

•Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance psychiatric care practices.

•Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to mental health services.

Qualifications

•Current and valid Rhode Island RN and APRN license with psychiatric specialization (PMHNP)

•Active DEA license

•Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong references will be considered)

•Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health practice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
