Position Overview:
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborate closely with therapists and other team members to ensure holistic care. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
•Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
•Collaborate with therapists and support staff for coordinated care
•Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR
•Participate in clinical meetings and supervision (as applicable)
Qualifications:
•Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Tennessee
•DEA license (or eligible to obtain)
•Minimum 1 year experience in psychiatric/mental health settings preferred
