Works collaboratively with providers to troubleshoot patient issues.

Completion of a Medical Assistant certificate or a CAAHEP-accredited program required.
1+ year of experience and at least six months of healthcare experience preferred.
An associate degree in a health-related field or certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Must hold valid and current CPR and First Aid certifications, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Denova will assist with obtaining a Fingerprint Clearance Card upon acceptance of offer).
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in using electronic record-keeping systems such as EMR, billing software, insurance carrier portals, and spreadsheets preferred.
Bilingual candidates are highly valued, but not a requirement.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to qualify for this position.
This role is designed as an onsite position with a hybrid schedule, meaning providers will work onsite at their assigned clinic location while also seeing virtual patients from the clinic. Schedules may vary based on business needs and assigned clinic location
IHC: 4 days onsite with hybrid schedule, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Moon Valley: 4 days onsite with hybrid schedule, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Yuma: 2 days onsite with hybrid schedule, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
