Schedule
•Full-time (4-5 days a week)
•Flexible scheduling with provider input
•Two evenings per week (until approximately 6:00 PM) preferred

Compensation:
Productivity-based, pay-for-service model. Compensation is determined by service type and completed visits, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy add-on services.
Established patient demand supports consistent scheduling and strong earning potential. A typical full-time PMHNP can expect to earn $140,000+ annually, with higher earning potential based on productivity and schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
•Active and unrestricted Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
•Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
•Current DEA license and prescriptive authority
•Experience providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management in an outpatient or behavioral health setting
•Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based psychiatric treatment
•Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive clinical team
•Proficiency with electronic medical record (EHR) systems and standard clinical documentation practices
•Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
•Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
•Ability to meet credentialing and background check requirements
Preferred:
•Experience in outpatient psychiatry
•Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan
•Comfort integrating brief psychotherapy interventions into medication management visits
•Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding for outpatient psychiatry
•Experience with telehealth platforms
•Interest in building a consistent long-term outpatient panel
