They are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physicians (MDs/DOs) to lead treatment journeys for patients dealing with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, using a fully-remote, tech-enabled platform.

Responsibilities

•Conduct 1:1 video consultations to assess clinical fit for microdose ketamine treatment

•Review patient histories, ask thoughtful questions, and determine next steps with care and clarity

•Prescribe ketamine treatment where appropriate, following Joyous protocols

•Communicate clearly with patients about how treatment works and what to expect

•Accurately document all encounters in our intuitive digital system

•Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care team members to ensure a smooth and supportive experience

•Practice in full alignment with HIPAA, medical board standards, and best practices

Skills

•Licensed NP (APRN), MD, or DO, with a strong clinical foundation

•10–15+ active state licenses (multi-state coverage is a must)

•Full-time availability and a desire to make a big impact fast

•Active DEA license(s) aligned with your states of practice

•2+ years of experience in clinical practice (telehealth or mental health a plus)

•Confident, tech-savvy, and excellent at patient communication

•Deeply empathetic, with a strong commitment to evidence-based care

•PMHNP certification or psychiatric care experience is highly valued

•Experience with ketamine, integrative medicine, or psychedelic therapy is a bonus—but not required
