St. Albans is dedicated to meeting the behavioral and mental health needs of patients in a supportive, team-based environment. The program includes a 36-bed inpatient behavioral health unit as well as a thriving outpatient practice, providing a strong continuum of psychiatric care.
As an APP, you will work as an integral member of a collaborative behavioral health team and report to the Section Chief. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients, contribute to individualized treatment plans, and work alongside experienced behavioral health professionals committed to improving patients' quality of life.

Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Experience: 0
Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP), DEA license and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. AHA BLS-HCP certification required. Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
Other: Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers, good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.
$107,993.60 - $172,785.60Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
