Position Overview

We are searching for a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to become an integral part of our clinical team. This role offers a unique blend of in-person services at our Clarksville, TN location and the flexibility to conduct telehealth sessions, ensuring high-quality support for clients throughout Tennessee.

The right candidate will be committed to enhancing mental health outcomes, comfortable with hybrid service models, and proficient in offering trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.

•Manage medication and provide in-person clinical services.

•Facilitate secure telehealth appointments using verified platforms.

•Create and monitor individualized treatment plans.

•Collaborate effectively with therapists, primary care professionals, and support staff.

•Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.

•Adhere to all state and federal guidelines regarding practice, including controlled substances.

•Engage in clinical meetings and review cases as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

•Active, unrestricted Tennessee APRN license.

•Board Certified PMHNP-BC (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner).

•Active, unrestricted DEA license.

•A minimum of one year of post-certification experience as a PMHNP.

•Proven experience in psychiatric assessments and medication management.

•Familiarity with telehealth and virtual care tools.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience in outpatient mental health or integrated care environments.

•Able to work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

•Strong communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making capabilities.

Schedule & Work Environment

•Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

•Hybrid role requiring occasional in-person presence in Clarksville, TN.

•Telehealth services can be delivered from the clinic or an approved remote location.
