We are seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our compassionate and mission-driven team at a leading FQHC in Atlanta. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services to a diverse community.

Job Responsibilities:

•Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans

•Provide medication management and ongoing therapeutic care

•Collaborate with integrated care teams, including primary care and social services

•Support individuals with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use)

•Ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care

Qualifications:

•Active Georgia APRN license with PMHNP certification

•DEA license and prescriptive authority in Georgia

•Experience in community mental health or integrated care preferred

•Commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations

Working Hours:

•Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
