Dual‑Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PMHNP) – Full‑Time & Part‑Time
Compensation: $65–$75 per hour

About the Role
Hygea Healthcare is seeking a versatile and clinically strong dual‑certified FNP/PMHNP to support integrated medical and psychiatric services across our addiction and behavioral health programs. This role is ideal for providers who enjoy whole‑person care and collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities
Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Provide medical assessments, chronic disease management, and urgent clinical support as needed
Complete H&Ps, medication reconciliation, and ongoing medical oversight
Collaborate with nursing, UR, billing, and leadership to ensure compliance and medical necessity
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Kipu
Qualifications
Active FNP‑BC and PMHNP‑BC certifications
Maryland NP license (or eligibility)
1–2 years of experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical foundations welcome
Ability to manage both medical and psychiatric presentations in a behavioral health setting
Schedule Options
Full‑time: 32–40 hours/week
Part‑time: 8–24 hours/week
