We are launching a virtual mental health practice supported by an experienced Management Services Organization (MSO).

We are seeking a licensed PMHNP or Psychiatrist to serve as the clinical owner and clinical director of the professional entity.

•Does not want to manage billing, insurance, or operations

•Is interested in long-term stability and growth

Your role

•Maintain full clinical autonomy

•Oversee clinical standards and compliance

•Provide patient care (optional minimum hours)

•Serve as clinical owner of the professional entity

Compensation

•Monthly fixed compensation for clinical owner role and/or

•Revenue-based participation (negotiable)

•Additional compensation for clinical hours

This is not a high-risk startup role and not a traditional employment position.

It is a structured, compliant model used by large telehealth platforms.
