Our facility is seeking an outpatient PMHNP to supply care in the surrounding areas of Lowville, NY.
Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: M-F 8-5PM
Patient Population: Ages 4 - end of life
Common Diagnoses: anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, ADHD, personality disorders, developmental disorders
Assignment Type: Locum
Assignment Length: 3-6 month minimum
Patients/Day: 20
Med Checks: 20 minutes
Evals: 60 minutes
