Part Time Locums - certified PMHNP for outpatient clinic setting between Elgin and McHenry, IL

Long Term Locums - Part Time schedule - outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner clinic opportunity to go between clinics within the Elgin, and McHenry areas of Illinois.

Certified PMHNP with experience required

Must be able to work without collaborative physician agreement

Need to start quickly and is ongoing long term

Must reside within 30-40 min of McHenry, IL ideally

24 hours a week - 3 days a week -

Monday - in-person in Aurora, IL for first 3 days during onboarding - then Telehealth 8:30-4:30

Wednesday - in-person in McHenry, IL - 10:00a-6:30p

Thursday - in-person in McHenry, IL - 8:00a-4:30p

Alternating Thursday with McHenry location - in-person in Elgin, IL - 8:30p-5:00a

Must have independent IL license, DEA, and be actively enrolled in Illinois Medicaid

Will see ages 12+

Must be comfortable working with Diverse patient panel, Mental Health Disabilities, managing Addictions, and Technology EMR and Virtual web based software

Local driving candidates only

Starting hourly rate at $80/hr pending experience and malpractice covered
