PMHNP - Addiction Medicine & Psychiatry (Remote / Multi-State)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with a strong background in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. This role supports patients through virtual outpatient services and In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) programs.

Providers must be licensed and able to prescribe independently in the state(s) they support.

States : CT, MA, IN, NH, KY, OH, VA, GA, ME, RI, FL
